Break Identification Process Data Filter Comparing Dates Does Not Exclude Records (Doc ID 2770350.1)

Symptoms

When running a Break Identification process with a Data Filter that compares two dates (ex. AS_OF_DATE > PUT_EXPIRE_DATE), the process ignores the filter.  It does not filter on the records.

Additionally, when checking messages in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG, the following error exists:

Error Occured: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

You expect to be able to use a relational comparison filter for the Break Identification process.
