Why Orders Are Not Getting Generated For Stock Category As Cross Dock In Replenishment? (Doc ID 2770419.1)

Goal

When creating a new item, configuring its replenishment attribute (for example Stock category : Cross dock, Order Control : Semi automatic, Replenishment type : MIN/MAX) and running replenishment batches, no order is being generated.

Note that raw_roq in repl_results table is populated, but it did not get translated in to Order_ROQ.
