Mapping Rule Common Calculation Engine Fails With Error on '/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/libstdc++.so.5' (Doc ID 2770600.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Enterprise Performance Foundation (FEM) 12.1.3, the Mapping Rule concurrent job "Enterprise Profitability Manager Common Calculation Engine" fails with the following error in the log:

FEMCCE: /<installpath>/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/libstdc++.so.5: version `CXXABI_1.2' not found (required by FEMCCE)
FEMCCE: /<installpath>/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/libstdc++.so.5: version `GLIBCPP_3.2' not found (required by FEMCCE)
/<installpath>/apps/apps_st/appl/fem/12.0.0/bin/FEMCCE
Program exited with status 1

As a result of this issue, you cannot run any Mapping Rules.
