Warehouse to Store Allocation Receipts Defaulting All Quantity in One Container (Doc ID 2771339.1)

Last updated on MAY 23, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management - Version 16.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When ASNInCre Message for a WH to ST Transfer (Doc Tye = A) is processed in SIM with duplicate containers with the same set of items in two different purchase orders, the items are incorrectly persisted to the TSF_DELV_LINE_ITEM table with the EXPECTED_QTY values rolled up to a single line item within one of the containers. This causes the ReceiptCre messages published incorrectly from SIM to RMS causing a discrepancy between SIM and RMS.

Steps to Reproduce:

Following ASNInCre message in SIM MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE:

1. SOCre for PO 267602 processed
2. SOCre for PO 267929 processed
3. ASNInCre below processed

Note the following in the SIM DB:

TSF_DELV_CARTON contains 2 entries one for each carton ID
TSF_DELV_LINE_ITEM table has one entry for ITEM 6008155523 with QUANTITY_EXPECTED = 3
