Error While Searching Obligations (Doc ID 2771373.1)

Symptoms

After creating an obligation with a given partner, the Obligation search screen keeps giving an error while searching any existing obligation. The partner is both an agent but also a broker have the same id and depending on the service, the obligation will use the correct type.

Steps to Reproduced:
1. Create two partners for the same partner id in partner creation screen with different type, e.g. Broker and Agent.
2. Create an obligation using the partner's broker type and sane the partner id from step#1.
3. Save the obligation.
4. Open obligation management screen and click search, an error is shown 'A duplicate record exists for the current record'.
