Issues after escalating the Alert for a Good Guy (Doc ID 2771519.1)

Symptoms

User is facing below issue in TF Alert summary section for good guy feature.

Issue 01 : After escalating to the higher level, we can still change the good guy information in each match.

Issue 02: After refreshing the message, the Action button in Match Summary can be used to take some actions ( Suspicious All or Clean All).

Steps to Reproduce Problem

Step 1 : Log in to TF using TFAnalyst
Step 2 : Assigned the alerts and make all the matches to suspicious
Step 3 : Escalate the alert
Step 4 : Add good guy and refresh
