Agile ACS File Destination Setup To Internal Network Server Share Fails with Error "The required path does not exist or the user does not have write privilege." (Doc ID 2771708.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to setup an ACS File destination to an alternate file server share within our network, received error: "The required path does not exist or the user does not have write privilege." when clicking the "Test Destination" button. This is Windows platform.

Actual Behavior:
In windows platform, Setting up an ACS File destination to an alternate server share within internal network is not working, getting error.

Error:
"The required path does not exist or the user does not have write privilege"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Java Client as admin user.
  2. Goto Admin tab, Settings > System Settings > Agile Contents Service > Destination.
  3. Create Destination with below settings:
    - Setup an ACS File destination to an alternate server share within internal network.
    - Set username and password.
  4. Click Test Destination
  5. Received error: The required path does not exist or the user does not have write privilege.
