Symptoms
On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, WLS-Deployment (non-component)
When attempting to access OFSSA application,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Caused By: java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.iflex.fic.ficml.JSPInitBean.initialize(JSPInitBean.java:191)
at com.iflex.fic.ficml.FICMaster.init(FICMaster.java:141)
at weblogic.servlet.internal.StubSecurityHelper$ServletInitAction.run(StubSecurityHelper.java:337)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy the application to single node cluster
2. Bring up the server
3. Access the application.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, OFSAA Application not able to generate the report.
