Symptoms

Account Tracking attributes not accepting more than 30 character length through migration/conversion 


System fails with Error msg: SQLException: Inserted value too large for column.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate/convert an account with tracking attributes
2. Attribute length should be more than 30 characters
3. Verify the process completed with out any issues

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank unable to load tracking attributes through migration/conversion process
