Tax Is Not Getting Adjusted For Bill_Now Events (bill_now At Child) (Doc ID 2771989.1)

Symptoms

While working on Bill_Now scenario and tax is not getting adjusted after passing event level adjustments

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Configure cycle tax by setting the parameter fm_bill taxation_switch 3 in pin.conf of cm and enable "generatebillnowforchild" flag in bus_params_billing.xml
2.Create a plan with session event and set tax code as user_code
3.Create parent account and a non paying child account.
4. Do some usage on child account using below command execute the below command in the path /apps/sample
    sample_act -v -e session -d 180 -l m -s /service/ip/ where m is the account id and 180 is in seconds
5.Perform billnow on child account
6.Then do event level adjustment on usage event with tax
