On OCSG 6.0, an environment specific issue error is observed in NT logs after the following patches installed:

Latest WLS patch 32052261 released on Jan 2021
WLS 12.1.3 JDBC Patch 20741228
Coherence Patch 32124546
OCSG PS4 31057816
Web Console issue fix patch 32199651
