CC&B - Base Functionality Of Cancel Rebill Is Not Supporting BD Billing (Doc ID 2772259.1)

CC&B - Base functionality of Cancel Rebill is not supporting BD billing

There is a custom process of approving the Adjustment. On the approval of the Adjustment ‘C1-CancelRebillFreezeBillSegs’ Business Service calling the base functionality of Rebill and Cancel of the bill segments. But when we are trying to Approve the Adjustment of BD based customers, we are facing the error as ‘Awaiting Billing Determinant’.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to adjustments
2. click on approval
3. save adjustment date
4. See error: Awaiting Bill Determinants from MDM
