List management page is not being loaded for users with tfadmin access in TF (Doc ID 2772262.1)

User has customized roles and user access and below screen is not accessible when it is customized.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1: Configure a user with both supervisor and admin access

Step 2 : Login to TF application

Step 3 : open list management menu

Step 4 : check list management summary section

Expected result :

List management screen should be loaded with data 

Actual result :

Fetching data message has occurred but no data displayed.

Issue Encountered :

List Management Page is not being loaded for users with TFADMIN access


 Customization on roles are configured
