Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.2 version,
When attempting to install a transformation in full mode with regenerate option,
the following errors occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. For a transformation that is in Development lifecycle only, perform a PK change in one of the mapping tables.
2. Attempt to install a transformation in full mode with regenerate option.
3. Verify the transformation install job status.
