Applying changes on inline processing assessments and evaluations in TF (Doc ID 2772442.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login to TFADMIN

Step 2 : Open admin configuration screen to configure the IPE rules.

Step 3 : Once configured then check by posting the swift message

Expected result :

New changes on score must be displayed

Actual result :

New changes are not reflected and score is same as old configuration

Issue Encountered :

Unable to view the new score configured in IPE section.

IPE assessment has been configured as per customer needs.
