Symptoms

On ORMB v2.8.0.0.0, Performance issue on account creation.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
We are seeing that the account creation is taking more time compared to other entities in ORMB.
We noticed that majority of the time is taken for contract creation itself. The contract is created from the post processing algorithm plugged on the account BO which refers to the extendable lookup to determine the contract types. There are a lot of info loggers printed during the contract creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Performance should not be impacted much for Account Creation process.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
As we are trying to load around 1000's of accounts as part of conversion and this is consuming a lot of time.
