ProfileAdapter core dumped with hour and header present

NMS 2.4.0.1.9

If the data sent to the ProfileAdapter has the hours in the range of 1 to 24, the adapter crashes.

0:54:22 LP-005: Row number 13176 for transformer 4303451 in CSV file '$OPERATIONS_MODELS/load_profiles/LVBen01_trans.csv' has an invalid interval value (24).

ProfileAdapter itself generated this error:

ERROR: UPDATE pf_load_interval_data SET kw_int_0 = :kw_0, kvar_int_0 =
:kvar_0 WHERE profile_id = :profile_id AND daytype = :daytype AND temp_index
IN (SELECT temp_index FROM pf_loads_profile_samples WHERE profile_id =
:profile_id AND daytype = :daytype AND samples_0 = 0)
{
  :profile_id:{}
  :daytype:(empty)
  :kw_0:(empty)
  :kvar_0:(empty)
}
Size = 0

Memory fault(coredump)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Modify a load profile CSV so one of the profiles doesn't have a full range of hourly data (e.g. remove hours 4-6)
2) Run the load profile adapter using "ProfileAdapter -v -clean -adjDefaults"
3) The adapter will crash
