On : 11.2.0.24 version, General
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. When display is defaulted to "Open"; searching with no criteria entered results in: "Enter atleast one criteria" error.
2. After inserting a wild (%) results are returned. If the wild is removed the search will return results with only Open in the Display field.
3. Searching for an EffectiveToDate (DateClosed) does not return results. Same applies to BatchNumber and CheckNumber.
