On : version, Fund

Cancelling 'Future allocations' without adding a Fund, will disable the option from the menu and hide the Fund Fields.
The 'Future Allocations' value will no longer appear.
This issue does not occur if the application already has an existing Fund which is then deleted.
This will revert the value 'Future Allocations' and enable it in the drop-downs.

The 'Future Allocations' value reappears if no Fund was added and the action was cancelled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new application.
2. Navigate to the Allocations Screen.
3. Click on the drop-down next "+Add Allocation" and select "Future Allocations"
4. Click the ">" button.
5. Without choosing a Fund, click either of the cancel buttons.
6. Note that the "Funds" have disappeared and the value "Future Allocations" disappears from the drop-down.
