Symptoms

Cycle Fold is not applied if the cycle start date is futured dated during purchase and is on Billing Day of Month (BDOM) for below scenario.

1. Created an account on 8th April with BDOM as 1st
2. Purchased the deal on 8th April with cycle start date as futured dated 1st May
3. Ran the Billing on 1st May, fold is applied.
3. Ran the Billing on 1st June, no fold is applied.
