Good guy cannot be added from matches for all matched type or webservices (Doc ID 2773055.1)

Symptoms

User unable to add good guy feature for other than name and address matched type.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login as TFAnalyst

Step 2 : check for narrative matches alert

Step 3 : Try to add good guy for the matches other than name and address matches 

Expected result :

User should be allowed to map good guy irrespective of services like name and address

Actual result :

OOB feature is limited to name and address so user could not add for other services.

Issue Encountered :

For any alert in TF UI, only for Name and Address Matched Type, An Individual or Entity can be added as Good Guy. If it is Narrative Matched Type then Add Good Guy button is disabled.
