Goal

Trial bill execution fails and no invoice is generated on Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)12 Patch Set (PS)3 environment.

Scenario:
Create an account with a base plan, advance grants and addons on 5th Mar, billing delay of 6 days and BDOM as 1.
Purchase a recurring deal with cycle arrear event.
Set pin_virtual_time to 01 April 2021
Execute trial bill as below
