Goal

ON BRM 12PS3 environment, Trial bill execution fails and no invoice is generated

Scenario:
Create an account with base plan, advance grants and addons on 5th Mar, billing delay of 6 days and BDOM as 1.
Purchase a recurring deal with cycle arrear event.
set pin_virtual_time to 01 April 2021
Execute trial bill as below
