What Timezone Of Report Timestamps In Cmn_Reg_Report Table Is Supposed To Be If Servers Are All Set To EST (Doc ID 2773315.1)

Symptoms

 We have all servers and console set to EST5EDT timezone. End user is also in EST timezone.

  1. Are date_scheduled, date_generated, date_xmit and date_submitted timestamps supposed to be stored in DB in GMT or EST5EDT time?
  2. On UI, Report generation date in report details screen shows 4 hrs offset for all users. Is that expected? Why?


Changes

 Customer changed all timezone settings on servers to EST setting
