Viewing Client Details From Policy Overview Screen Does Not Have Policy Link (Doc ID 2773328.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.25 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Viewing client details from policy overview screen does not have Policy link. When viewing client details view policy role link on the Policy Overview Screen, there is no link from the client screen back to the "Policy". In addition, from the client details page, if we use the browser's Back button, an error occurs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When navigating to the Client details screen from the PolicyOverviewScreen there should be a link back to the Policy
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Include PolicyRoles on the PolicyOverviewPage
2. Use the edit or view client details link from the PolicyOverviewPage
3. Verify that there is no link back to the Policy
4. Click Back button in the browser
5. Verify error occurs
