Getting 'Invalid request / Error while processing request' When Clicking on the Add Button in Data Model Maintenance

Symptoms
In OFSAAI 8.0.6.5 or higher, when attempting to create a new data model rule, you get the following error clicking on the "Add" button (+) in the screen that pops up:
Invalid request / Error while processing request
Please contact your System Administrator for more information.
Additionally, the following error exists in the nohup.out from $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/bin:
com.ofs.reveleus.modelUpload.util.SQLInjectionException: VULNERABILITY ISSUE FOUND
