How to Fix If SIM Security Datasource User (Ex:SIM01_SEC) has Many Inactive Sessions ? (Doc ID 2773746.1)

What is the Solution If SIM Security Datasource User (Ex:SIM01_SEC) has Many Inactive Sessions ?

1. Invoke the SIM16 webservices using any load runner/SOAP UI and try to hit many concurrent threads. (Example:  used 60 threads accessing the web services LookupAvailable Inventory Service and ran for 60 minutes)
2. Note the spike in Active session count in the database.
3. After a certain period of time when it reaches max process limit, observe that new requests started failing and unable to connect to database using sql developer tool
