Goal

Restarting Application and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) servers in  High Availability (HA) Environment

In an environment configured with OUAF Application servers and OSB servers and Queues and Foreign servers which is configured for HA,  SGG Adapters are configured and running fine.
Whenever developers are making changes in SGG Adapters and request for restart.  OSB servers are restarted in rolling bounce or both server1 and servers2.  Once servers are started we are getting the Consumers value to 0. and Queues are not working.
