Getting AG General Email Error - SMTP protocol error. 502 5.5.1 Error: command not implemented (Doc ID 2774231.1)

Symptoms

 Argus is trying to send out emails and we are seeing the following errors in the logs:

 

04-May-2021, 18:12:36 >> General Email > Enterprise DEFAULT : Could not send mail through SMTP for Email ID 3540. SMTP protocol error. 502 5.5.1 Error: command not implemented.
Could not send mail through SMTP for Email ID 3541. SMTP protocol error. 502 5.5.1 Error: command not implemented.
Could not send mail through SMTP for Email ID 3542. SMTP protocol error. 502 5.5.1 Error: command not implemented.

Changes

 This is a new installation of Argus and testing for the first time
