ASNOutToASNIn TAFR Fails with "Invalid Content Was Found Starting With Element 'container_id'" Error (Doc ID 2774233.1)

Last updated on MAY 11, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Integration Bus - Version 14.1.3 to 14.1.3 [Release 14.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The Oracle documentation has the following information:
The RIB drops the message if both the "from location" type is a store and the "to location" type is as (store) or e (external finisher) or c (customer), and the message type is 'ASNOutCre'.

However, when dispatching a Customer Order (CO) from Store Inventory Management (SIM), the corresponding RIB message gets stuck in rib-tafr_ASNOutToASNIn_tafr TAFR.

"Invalid content was found starting with element 'container_id'. One of '{"":final_location}' is expected."

Steps to Recreate

1. The Order Management System (OMS) sends the CO Information to SIM and Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
2. RMS creates Store-to-Store transfer for CO fulfillment.
3. Sourcing location in SIM dispatches CO-related transfer to Fulfilling store.
4. Fulfilling Store receives the transfer.
5. At a fulfilling store, using the OMS module, the user selects the CO for which transfer was received and dispatched.
