Symptoms

On : 14.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Name Header not Updating after remove/add secondary customer.

1) When a secondary customer is added to an account the title reflects the name of the new customer.
2) However if customer is added using Add existing customer transaction, the title is not updated.
3) Also, when a secondary customer is removed from the account, the title is not updated in that scenario as well.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Title of the account should be same after adding secondary customer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an active loan account.
2. Add secondary customer to the account
3. Verify the title of the account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer facing issue in title of the accounts after adding secondary customer.
