Goal

Although the Database Administrator' Guide only provides instructions for setting up the system using the character set AL32UTF8, the use of the single-byte character set AR8ISO8859P6 for Arabic is supported by the Customer Care and Billing application and its tools.

Affected Versions
Customer Care and Billing versions 2.5.0.2.0 to 2.8.0.0.0.
