Inventory Adjustment on SIM Mobile (MAF) Application Throws Severe System Error (Doc ID 2774695.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create Inventory Adjustment on the SIM mobile UI, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Login to SIM MAF UI
2. Select Inv Management > Inv Adjustment > Create
3. Select reason code Damaged
4. Add an Item

A severe system error has occured. Please contact the system administrator.
