Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), it is possible to backdate a product purchase as far back as desired despite setting the Connection Manager (CM) pin.conf setting:

It is expected that the backdating should be limited to the CM pin.conf value.
