Unable to See Details of Customer Order Transfer in RMS UI (Doc ID 2774954.1)

Symptoms




In transfer, the search screen does not display the message "This type of transfer can only be opened in View Mode." for a Customer Order search. Instead, however, the Transfer header screen gets displayed. And, when you click the Detail button, it does not land into the Detail task.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate Transfer Search
2. Filter Type as "Customer Order."
3. Click Search.
4. From the Results area, click on Transfer.
5. Notice that the Confirmation "This type of transfer can only be opened in View Mode" does not get displayed.
6. Also, the Detail task does not show up.
