'ORA-01000: Maximum Open Cursors Exceeded' Error When Product Group Created For High Volume Of Store (Doc ID 2774970.1)

When attempting to create a product group schedule for high volume of stores, 'ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded' Error occurs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to SIM PC client.
2. Create a Product Group for a Unit Stock Count
3. Create a Product Group Schedule and select all the stores.
4. Notice the above error in the logs.
