On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.22.0 version, Subscription Management

Observed ROW lock on DATA_T table while generating account creation orders. It appears that PCM_OP_PRICE_SET_PRICE_LIST is taking longer time for entry and exit.

1. On BRM 7.5 PS22, try PCM_OP_SET_PRICE_LIST for generating account creation orders.
2. Check if it is taking long time for execution.
