Goal

Agile 9.3.6.13 Can't open Word/Excel files which the filename is written in Japanese.


When try to open Word or Excel files using Smart URL where the filename is written in Japanese, can not open these kind of files but also cannot save the files as Word or Excel format, even though the files of English filename can be opened or saved as Word or Excel format.
