Goal

As part of Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) 12 upgrade, while testing on performance environment, it is noticed that, during the deployment the index creation from upgrade script(pin_upgrade_12ps3.pl) taking too long to complete. Is there any turning parameter recommendations?
