Goal

Usage Billing 1.3.1 utility is to enhance the logic for identification of J cases so that the cases are counted appropriately. This also includes a minor change in all the existing reports to replace Running total by Cumulative Total in the column headers.

Note: The 1.3.1 version of Usage Billing utility is a reissue of version 1.3 that fixes a gap in J cases identification.
