Claims Stuck In Initial (Doc ID 2775822.1)

Certain claims are getting stuck with a Processing error in the INITIAL status on the Sanity Checks Task.

This claims are complaining about getting removed from the system. This Provider however has refSheet Lines that references that Provider. The client uses this refSheet to link non-base procedure codes to an actual procedure code (Base Code).

The customer tried through the Generic API to remove the orphaned refSheet lines with no success.
