Change Controlled Attribute Is Not Updated Or Not Visible Even Though ECO Is Released (Doc ID 2775892.1)

Change controlled attribute is not updated or not visible even though ECO is released.

Created two fields - Customer Part No & Customer Part Rev - in item's page two section as change controlled attributes.

The values of these fields are not visible for new items once ECO is released. Steps to reproduce this case are given below.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an ECO.
2. Import the new item with Customer Part Number (CPN) field updated in Redlining Mode.
3. Check the CPN value under Title Block tab in redline section when ECO is in pending status. CPN is visible.
4. Release the ECO and check the Title Block tab in redline section. CPN is not visible.
5. Open the item and check if CPN is updated. CPN is updated there either.
