Symptoms
Addition/Deletion of an Item Reclassification from RMS front-end creates duplicates in COST_EVENT_RECLASS table.
Steps to Reproduce
1. In the Reclassification task, add the item to a Dept/Class/Subclass and save.
2. Delete the Reclassification.
3. Add the Reclassification again with the same Dept/Class/Subclass values.
Reclassification tables show just one entry, whereas the COST_EVENT_RECLASS table shows multiple entries—duplicate entries for first addition followed by deletion and another addition.
