Generate user password error 500 through postman in TF

User encountered following error while testing through post man
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Create Access Token by following below document
"Technical_Integration_Guide_TransactionFiltering" document, section 4. Post Messages to a JMS Queue.
In step 4.1 Generate User Password, I configured to setup Access Token in my system (Please find the file setup_access_token.png)
Step 2 : Create request get Token by postman
->Step 4.3 Generate Token, I created the request to http://[servername]:[portnumber]/[context]/v1/token as mentioned in the guide document.
Expected result :
API Call should be success
Actual result :
Error message 500 is responded.
