Batch ServiceTaskPurgeProcess checking the security of the User ID

CC&B batch Purge Completed Service Tasks (C1-PRGST, ServiceTaskPurgeProcess) is submitted using a User ID that has no User Group defined to it.

It has been observed that the JAVA batch ServiceTaskPurgeProcess uses the OUAF method readItem of class ServiceDispatcher, which indicates the enforced check of the user's security access. This implementation remains to be the same in CC&B v2.7.0.3. Other JAVA classes that use the OUAF method readItem of class ServiceDispatcher are ApplyFormula_Impl, GenericSyncRequestPurgeProcess.

Can the program ServiceTaskPurgeProcess be updated to make the security check configurable, to allow a user ID that has no User Group defined to perform the purge of service task records? Will there an issue if this approach was implemented?

This is implementation question from customer side and there is no specific issue. need clarification for the program
ServiceTaskPurgeProcess be updated to make the security check configurable, to allow a user ID that has no User Group defined to perform
the purge of service task records?  Will there an issue if this approach was implemented?
