Symptoms
Removing quick permission receiving is not blocking users from Quick Receiving in SIM Mobile .
Removed the permission for "Access Quick Receiving" from a role, and confirmed that the permission "transfer.delivery.quick.receiving.access" was gone from the security_role_permission table for that role. Despite this, users with this role are able to access the quick receiving screen, and to complete the receipt as usual by scanning the barcode.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove permission for "Access Quick Receiving" for role A.
2. Confirm permission has been removed from DB.
3. Login to SIM Mobile with user assigned role A.
4. Note that Quick Receiving menu is visible and quick receiving functionality is working.
