Symptoms
When a user tries to upload a file from Agile PLM Web Client to an existing File Manager which is installed on the same server as the application server an error is displayed.
ERROR:
Your preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator
STEPS:
- Start the Agile Application Server and the File Manager Server
- Log into Agile PLM Web Client
- Open Part object, Go to Attachment Tab and try to add/upload a file
- Getting error
FACT:
Issue is also reproducible in Agile PLM Java Client.
Changes
New installation of File Manager IFS on existing Agile Application server.
