On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench 3.0.0 version,

Transformation installation is failing with the following error:

Checking for invalid source codes,synonyms in PKG_SUBJECT_CUSTOM_V1 Program ( SUBJECT )
Source code is invalid.Hence Recompiling the objects to resolve any compilation errors.
Program's Package Body is in invalid state.
Package Body has following errors at:
Line 132 with PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "/" The symbol "/" was ignored.
