Data level Filtering is not Working Correctly for the Class Screen (Doc ID 2776907.1)

Symptoms

 While creating class under newly created department, department list of values in the screen doesn't show the newly created department.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Login to Oracle Retail Merchandising System.
  2. User is assigned to Group XXX as part of data security.
  3. Now, User created a new department under the Group XXX. 
  4. Create new class under the Department,
  5. observe that the  in class screen, the newly created department is not showing the list of values..
