Symptoms

Unable to generate follow up report for a specific case and the following error is received.

"Error No:402000610 Description Case XXXXXXXXX is missing mandatory information. The following element is a MANDATORY element and must contain data: REPORTTYPE. Stored procedure: GENERATE_SAFETYREPORT See report details."


Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new case
2. Enter all necessary information into the case
3. Schedule, generate and transmit Initial report
4. Schedule, generate and transmit F/U#1 report
5. Schedule and generate F/U#2 report
6. Above error is receive
