New Filter to search Alerts assigned to a user (Doc ID 2776969.1)

Symptoms

In TF Alert Summary screen, a new Filter to be added to search the alerts that are assigned to the User.

Steps to Reproduce :

1) Log in to TF Alert summary using TF analyst.

2) Search filter doesn't have any feature to filter only the alerts assigned to the User.

Changes

A new Search Filter "User Assigned"  is added to the TF Alerts summary UI
